We typically fulfill orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), and the shipping itself should take 2-5 business days. If you are based in Canada, shipping will take 10 to 15 days.

Shipping FAQ's

Where do you ship to?
U.S. and Canada. We are working on setting up international shipping so that we can serve more countries!

Who's responsible for customs for International Shipping?
Customers would have to pay for customs taxes and fees. Each country is different, so make sure you understand the custom policies of your country.

Can I cancel/make changes to my order once it's been placed?
Orders placed and cancelled within 00:00 AM to 10:30 AM on the same day can be cancelled through the Customer Account page. You can also message our Customer Support to request cancellation, but we can't guarantee that flexibility because we don't have a large team to support that. However, if you message us and we catch your message on time, we'll try our best to help you.

I still haven't received my order, but it's marked as Delivered.
Sometimes USPS could send your package to the wrong address, or the package could be stolen or misplaced. In this case, please call your closest post office and most of the time you'll get an answer. If there's an issue still, please contact us. We'll help you.
